Muhamad Amin Nasry Bin Ahmad Salleh has graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) (Hons) from University of Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam in 2016. He later commenced his pupillage at Messrs. Badruzzaman & Kamal, Penang under supervision of one of the top Islamic Financing lawyer in Penang, Mr. Badruzzaman Bin Ishak, venturing into a banking litigation and debt-recovery for several prominent Malaysian banking institution such as Maybank, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Bank Simpanan Nasional Berhad and RHB Bank.

During the course of his pupillage, he had been exposed with legal research and preparing legal opinion for the bank, drafting banking’s litigation documentation and cause paper, and attending lower court matters.

After he was called to the Malaysian Bar on August 2017, he had later joined Messrs. Zulhaimi & Co. as Legal Associate, handling the firm’s conveyancing and real estate portfolio. During that period, he responsible in preparing and attending wide range of legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation. Thanks to his leadership quality in handling over the task given to him, he was then appointed as the Head of the Conveyancing and Real Estate Department for the firm.

Amin had managed the firm’s Conveyancing and Real Estate Department extensively, whilst continuing to developed considerable experience in real estate law, particularly in negotiating documents in respect of real estate transactions and joint developments and advising on real estate development planning.

An integral part of Amin’s practice is liaising with the housing developers and the financial institutions in regards to the housing project. At that period of time, he had made close connection and work closely with several prominent housing developer such as the Bon Estate Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Penas Development Sdn. Bhd.) and I&P Sdn. Bhd.

By his virtue in providing better and efficient legal service to the public, he then determined and decided to establish a partnership of Messrs. Amrullah & Amin in 2018.
