Muhammad Amrullah Bin Mohd Rosdi has graduated from a reputable educational institution of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2015 and a Legum Baccalaureus (LLB) (Hons) Professional Degree holder. He then commenced his pupillage at Messrs. Zulpadli & Edham, Kuala Lumpur, in the chamber of Mr. Aziz Bin Mohamed. During his pupillage, he had widely exposed in Banking Litigation and Debt Recovery works especially on contested matters for several remarkable financial institutions such as Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia, MBSB and Bank Simpanan Nasional. He has been trained in drafting course papers including replying Statement of Claim, Affidavits and preparing Submission. He also has been given the opportunity to appear in the Lower Court and in the High Court’s chambers representing the clients. Towards the end of his pupillage, he was entrusted in attending matters heard in Tribunal representing the Koperasi. 

He was called to the Bar on March 2016 and has joined Messrs. Mohd Anuar & Co, Kedah as a litigation Legal Assistant majoring in Banking Litigation and also attended several general litigation works including but not limited to out of court settlements and Consumer Tribunal matters. He was then appointed as the Head of Litigation Department.

Considering his deep interest in legal profession, in order to expand his experience and knowledge, Amrullah has joined the Corporate and Conveyancing Department of the said Firm. There, he was entrusted to handle corporate matters especially corporate loans and corporate-conveyancing. He also has been entrusted to handle conveyancing matters such as Direct Developer and Subsale works including preparing loan documentations. He has dealt with notable developers such as BDB Land Sdn Bhd and AIMA Development Sdn Bhd. As he has showed his commitment and dedication in carrying out his duties and obligations, he was then appointed as the Head of Corporate and Conveyancing Department.

Apart from that, due to his vast experience in dealing with various types of agreements, Amrullah has developed drafting and reviewing agreements skills such as deed of settlements, service agreements and joint-ventures agreements. 

As a result from his strong will and creed to serve the public at large and helping those in need in the ambit of Legal Area, he then decided to set-up a partnership Legal Firm under the name of Messrs. Amrullah & Amin in Kepala Batas, Penang.
